The story of our coffee begins by selecting only the finest, ethically sourced beans from around the world. Our coffee suppliers, Bennets Green Coffee Traders and Southland
Merchants source their premium products in a way that benefits both grower and roaster, providing fair pay to the farmers and quality coffee for the purchasers. Our hand-selected coffees voyage converges in McLaren Vale, South Australia, “by the sea” or as we say “Dal Mare”. Dal Mare Coffee is hand-roasted, using old family techniques, combined with modern technology to bring out a fine harmony of aroma and flavour in every cup.
All our blends and single origin coffees boast a premium flavour that can only be created by meticulous hand selection and artisan techniques. We aim to indulge and excite your senses with every cup. Think of us as your own personal coffee roaster

Coinciding with our roastery is our Short black Caravan located roadside of Victor Harbor Road right beside the grapevines of Curtis Family Vineyard. Offering convenience to commuters, quality coffee and a view like no other, our roadside cafe is the perfect little pit stop for your morning travels.
